It's a fantasy guys. Think about it; there is no way he could drug that guy and manipulate him repeatedly without the victim catching on. I'm pretty sure that the unconscious guy is somewhat of a closet voyeur and allows this. There is no evidence of any abuse. So don't feel bad for him. Just enjoy the show.
