Fit & handsome British holidaymaker was killed by a stray bullet at a New Year’s beach party in a popular Thai tourist destination.


City trader Stephen Ashton, 22, was dancing on the sand when he was caught in crossfire following a fight between two groups of Thai men.


Despite frantic efforts by his distraught friends and other revellers, he croaked soon afterwards at a local hospital.

If that is him, then those alive pics are a few years old. He looks like he gained a good deal of weight since they were taken. A real shame though that he was killed. Many of the photos we see are of criminals or people who gambled and lost, but this guy was just innocently having a good time dancing around on the beach when a stray bullet killed him. It could have at least struck him in the head killing him painlessly, the abdomen would be a very painful death. Poor guy.
