I think that one "guy" is a female, if you look at the way the cloths fit, the style and those shoes nearby. I could be wrong.

A bit of research (coupled with my own expertise of guys in jeans ) confirms that the guy in the tight jeans is indeed a gal - this was a man and a woman who were dispatched side-by-side.
