A 23-year-old man has been arrested in Moscow on suspicion of killing two young guys in Moscow in just two weeks.

First victim: 19-year-old Viktor Mashteriakov

Just a week later another dead body of a young man was found in Moscow region and police are now convinced the two crimes are related but refuse to give further details.
