I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, so I'll try to give an all-around answer.

If you're asking why are there so many pictures of dead guys with their pants off here on CDG, it's because those are the kind of pics we want to see!! :sm (61):

If you're asking a more general question, as in why do so many dead guys have their pants off, I'd say that alot of times the impact of the accident or the gunshot or whatever blows peoples shoes off, and certainly can blow their pants off or down as well. sometimes the paramedics take the victim's clothes off in order to try to save them. and sometimes it's a form of ultimate humiliation, like in prisons or certain murders.

Sounds plausible. I dunno ... embarrassing? But I guess if you're dead, you're dead, so there's no embarrassment. I don't think it's embarrassing at all if you are young and in decent shape...
