With my detective hat on, I have to ask whether these two pics are of the same guy. Look at the blood on his jeans in one photo, but not on the other. The other guy had white shorts on so does not enter the equation.

Also the guy with blood on his jeans has a plain shirt whereas the guy with non-bloody jeans has thin white stripes on his shirt,

You are absolutely correct. This original photo (left) has been posted here years ago, literally, and this other one (right) is new to me and the dead guy isn't either one of the dudes in the left pic. I'm not complaining, it's just not related to this accident, or at least the two victims side by side in the other photograph.
