Agreed, i wonder too if the movement was from reflex/lack of oxygen. The brain is supposed to last without oxygen for a few minutes wonder if the guys were still aware/conscious Don't think i'd be so calm.

I think the head was just twitching. The head may be still alive, but that doesn't mean it's conscious. It's highly unlikely that the eyes would open, or the he would still talk.

AGreed, the guys are cute. No. 1. looks like a puppy dog with the hand on his chin. I never tire of watching this video.

They were both unconscious before the heads separated. The movement is from the tongue as it develops rigor mortis. Notice how most beheaded guys and all the hanging victims have a little tongue sticking out? Involuntary contraction of dead muscle.

I wonder what crime they committed. Both guys were super hot. I imagine that they were lovers who got caught.
