The guy was totally out...
I think... he was kinda drugged of some sort... not sure...
The photographer shared his collection of quite a few drunk guys in the past... "Not with any drugs, I have my secrete way of doing it" and he never shared...

I thought it was well known that toothpaste in the middle of foot（the arch?） induce unconsciously (sleeping) erection. Normally mint favor, you know, the type with cold feeling (when you brush your teeth ... It's like hands in the warm water to make sleeping people pee...
