This dead youth is thought to be the brother of a killer. He was taken to a lonely place and executed. Police say he was shot in the head, and this may be a possible revenge killing.

Love the fact he was tied up an immobile as they put him down. He knew it was coming, of course, so he just had to wait for them to shoot.
