Thanks for the vid., Meatpie. It's unusual for an Arab vid. to give a flash of the corpse's cock. As for the stitched-up cut, it coincides with the wounds so it looks like it was either made in an attempt to save the guy's life or to remove bullets etc from his corpse - certainly not a full autopsy which may not be as common in Islamic culture as in the West.
