It's so strange that his pants are round his ankles; untorn and unstained by blood. Yet the bits that they were meant to cover (those delicacies we'd all like to sample) are torn to shreds. Maybe he was tending to nature and got caught by surprise. Poor sod!

That's such a disturbing image. I'm afraid to go into the woods any more, for fear of ending up like him. The circumstances here (pants down and possibly pulled down by someone else) do leave us with many questions. Most important to me, did the bear actually kill him, or just eat his already dead body. In any event, it ended up a gruesome death.

Clearly, this bear was more carnivore than herbivore.... Perhaps even clawed down his pants to get to the sweet meat!!!
