yeah thx for posting. Liked how official it was and that only males were witnesses as it should be. Although the brutal the prisoner took it well. I liked how they treated him decently while he was being punished--the pain so severe from the cane that there was not need to be harsh in any other way. Corporal punishment like this is inexpensive and effective against second offenses.
A real man i think prefers this to incarceration or even fines. A real man knows he should be punished and that it should hurt severely or it is lame.

Yes, this is very tough, but considering the serious crimes it is used for very fair. In american state prisons we used similar frames for spanking on the ass with a wide leather strap and for floggings on the upper back with a plain whip. Prisons were run by the guards and the senior staff. In american prisons the inmates now rule because we are not willing to use corporal, it's "inhumane".
