HORROR IN BRAZIL: Fire kills 250 at nightclub

The Boate Kiss nightclub had only one working exit, and the majority of victims died trampled in an attempt to flee, police say. Fire started after someone either in band or with them set off a flare as part of show. Video from scene.

This is why in developed countries they have requirements as to number and location of exits. It does no good to wanr people not to panic - they will anyway.
