Got Scars?

I found these pics, and as you can see, this guy is very much alive and well, but look at those stab wounds! Sorry, no story behind them, other than the pics are from a gay pride parade. Be patient, they are 2 meg pics, but you'll see why I left them so large. I stopped counting at 25. No gore.

cute guys but i think he's a cutter. i don't believe those are very deep like stab wounds.

I was struck by how young he is, versus how well they are healed. I was only guessing knife wounds since they are all around the same size and direction.

Also thought it could be pins/needles stuck under the skin to give that effect. Not sure what that would look like.

Maybe someone with more experience with scars could help us out?

old thread, i know, but i have a scar from self-inflicted scarification by needles to look like a stab wound in the middle of my abs. it gets me off looking at it and feeling of it. if it weren't for the dangers i woulda used a real knife but i'm too scared to do that because hospitals ain't fun.
