Locked out completely = unable to use your account anymore for a prolonged period of time, unable to create new account, unable to view even as guest.

If a site that will be paid will be less than 1% of the users and site will be uninteresting. After the resumption of access at the news was 2 pages instead of at least 5. So, who have paid, will leave site too.

If people think they no longer need CDG, fine let it croak.
