The old woman, when the guy is tied (at the first) she said something about "The second toe", I don't know if she talk about a meal that she has eat recently or something. I'm sure that she say "The second toe". I'm a male foot fetishist but I don't think that my imagination bring me to mis-understand it, ha, ha. I think that is clear that she use the expression "The second toe".
