Young Guy Commits Suicide at the Hoover Dam

The young man in the beige cap passing in front of the camera at the very beginning is the jumper.

The fall and tumble is some 700 feet total. Officials say there are at least 4 jumpers a year on average at the Hoover Dam.

Authorities have ramped up efforts to catch them saying that they now pay extra attention to dam visitors that show up alone, looking detached and far off.

The man is killed instantly on impact, brain ejected from skull.

Man you see the guy walk by when the video started white guy with brown hair and hat. Ive driven across the hoover dam twice its the only way to go east once you leave las vegas. They a re working on a new highway there. Its real narrow and they cannot stop a jumper unless they put a big fence around it like they did at the top of the empire state building in new york
