Car wrecks kill more than 1,000 young guys in Bulgaria, a country with a population less than that of NYC.
17-year-old Vilian Gavrilov from Sofia, Bulgaria died on May 14, 2010 run over by a speeding Toyota Land Cruiser as he was trying to cross a busy interesection in the Lyulin district, a huge concrete ghetto on the outskirts of the capital.
The driver escaped. There were dozens of witnesses.
Vilian went to the gym to work out with a friend on that tragic evening.
Around ten his mother started preparing dinner when she heard a bang.
"OMG, my son," the mother screamed.
"Calm down, it's not him mom," Vilian's older brother said.
"I will go and check if it will make you feel better".
Dude ran out and saw his brother's sneakers scattered around the boulevard. A huge crowd had gathered around the dead young guy.
"We will all go to the police and help find out who did this," witnesses said.
Dude's mother fainted when she recognized her son's sneakers.
The boy was taken for an autopsy and undressed stark naked, skull and chest opened up, cock and toes washed.

She said she was trying to overtake another car and didn't see the young guy who tried to cross.
The impact was brutal, Vilian was thrown into the air and flied for 40 metres before landing on the asphalt.
He was still breathing for several minutes after impact but passed away on the street.
His father arrived and saw his boy die, he even closed his eyes before the body was taken to the morgue.
