Do you remember "a night of a thousand knives"? This film shows the destruction of the Brown Shirts.There's a question of sexual ambivalence where the soldiers were shot in their beds. Boots are featured but not enough for my liking. The massacre scene is a bit too fast, and the blood was not as good as you might like. Some feet are shown, and one man falls dead at his boots.

From the looks of this boot, I think there was abootlover in the group. Maybe 2. I did hear a criticism of the german men liking boots in the 3rd Reich. This scene is well thought out- live by the boot, die by the boot. Head by the boot- as in head over heels-the chain and all that symbolizes-most of all- Christ crucified. One question- did the Brown Shirts wear brown boots?
