This 24 year old guy was run over by an inner city bus in the Philippine capital of Manila while crossing the road on his way to meet his friends at a local Fiesta. Witnesses told the Police and the local media that he was crossing the road while text messaging.
This pic was taken before Paramedics showed up, The Philippine National Police and the Authorities investigating the accident we're baffled when they found out that he sent text messages not to notify his family of the accident or to even ask for help, instead he sent messages to his friends saying he will be running late and asked them to get him some cigarettes.
He was taken to Tondo General Hospital where he died 3 days later from complications caused by an infection.
The VICTORIA LINES bus driver was not charged, but the bus company decided to cover all funeral costs.
I know he's technically not dead in this pic, but the dumb sod did end up in a wooden box a few days later
