Well, this answers the question I'd asked myself when looking at leali.nico's post of a burglar's execution: If they hang burglars up by a meathook through the neck, what in the world do they do to rapists and murderers? They do exactly the same thing! The side-of-beef treatment appears to be an all-purpose punishment.
