I need your help on this one

An acquaintance of mine from whom I got this picture told me it's a young, Finnish teen who was smothered with a pillow. To me, however, it looks more like somebody sleeping

I need your help: is this picture real? (I hope it is, though )

Thanks for telling - how do you know?

I'm rather certain he was sleeping myself, but I'm not 100% sure. Is there a sing that tells us for sure he's asleep? I'd love to learn more
