Im sure we have all seen these photos many times ..But, never was there a explanation as to what was going on .We thought maybe some morgue..Well what this is is a human parts factory in Russia.. What happens is they get unclaimed bodies.They get the bodies of drunk drivers people that were left in the open and froze to death in winter..Criminals that died on death row and unclaimed bodies of homeless familys.They take the body parts and sell them.Kidneys corneas and other body parts and bones are sold to colleges around the world.And now in India there is another company that does the same thing.. But I imagine the bodies are not in good shape.So if you want a body or a part you just contact them pull out your visa mastercard or american express and boom in a few days it arrives at your door and you can have what you want..

I suppose we shouldn't be surprised that such industries have sprung up. It's what capitalism and a market economy is all about. Plus, rich people WANT what they WANT when they WANT it, and they don't like waiting their turn on a list either.

There has been body parts industries of one sort or another for a long time now. Some began over one hundred years ago when medical schools paid for cadavers and didn't ask where they came from.

The body parts industry in India has a kind of analog. There are hospitals in India that specialize in transplants. They lure patients from the United States for various surgeries. One can get a kidney transplant or a heart transplant or skin grafts for a far lower cost. These hospitals even put together vacation packages for the patients and their families to enjoy while waiting for the surgery and body parts are available in a much shorter amount of time. It has become quite profitable for them and you can probably guess where the parts come from.

This photo reminds me of the Holocaust. The whole body parts business would be much less revolting if the entrepreneurs would just clean up their factory a bit.
