there are two companies that make life-sized mannequins that have fully articulated skeletons and the flesh is made of silicone, they are very realistic in every way imaginable. realdoll.com makes two different males and sinthetics.com is launching their second (the first was discontinued). sinthetics also offers the ability to make one totally custom although it is very expensive.
