HAHA...I remember this incident! It happened a few years ago, and the embarrasing photos were posted immediately at The Smoking Gun web site. The guy (he was middle-aged) is NOT dead, but he was sure mad. Once he got his pants back on he sued everybody in sight of for taking pictures of him and putting them online. He claimed the public exposure subjected him to significant PAIN AND SUFFERING (aka humiliation). I don't know what became of his lawsuit.
