Sexual comments on underage victims are not allowed even as a joke and constitute a serious breach of our TOS. The above poster has been permanently banned and we have sent his details to authorities in his country of origin...Greece.

First, there was a poll here a while back, and as I recall, the vast majority voted to only allow posts of 18 and over, NO CHILDREN! Second, if you don't see a problem with posts showing victims under 18, especially REAL victims, then may I direct you to stustustugoo's comment on post #3 of THIS THREAD!

Hello, at CDG there are so many pics of dead underaged people. First I take these pics, as phyzzique said, from official internet news, second i do no comment on these pics and third, these are not sexual pics. But if it the order from the forum owner, i will never do it again and Meatpie should delete these pics.

As long as there are no sexual references it's okay to post news stories and photos.
Neither HangTime nor Stu have the capacity to verify the age of every victim our users submit so this whole discussion is getting ridicilous.
If you are not comfortable with certain threads don't look...or you may consider leaving the community and move to DR or other gore forums...all have images of dead children btw.

Stustustugoo's point, and mine, is that there should not be posts of dead underaged people. And in reply to Meatpie, many posts, including yours include ages in the thread title, PROVING that the victim is a minor. So there is not need to verify it. But just keep it up. One day, we won't have this site because of the lack of this rule, and then everyone will regret not putting this simple rule into effect.

It is, but I'd be more comfortable if it was adopted as a site-wide policy. This in no way is aimed at you personally, we just want to keep the site from getting unwanted attention.

For me it is ok, that there will be a site-wide-policy against pics of underage people.
But there is still a problem. How can you be sure, that in the future the people on the pics then are not underaged. Look at the boy, i posted. He could be 18 from his face. So i think there will be still misuage in this forum.

The thread title of "15 anos dead..." sort of gives it away that he was younger than 18. Just like writing in a story that "he was 17 years old, if that" would also definitely indicate the victim was a minor.
