A team of specialists are searching for the international serial killer known for keeping his male victims alive for weeks and then chopping off their feet.

POLICE CATCH CJ AKA THE BAREFOOT ANAL BANDIT

The NYPD have arrested the notorious homosexual serial killer CJ aka the barefoot anal bandit.
