I am having a brain fritzzzz - I thought I had posted this guy already, but can't find him - if this is a repost!!! sorry - stressful week!!!!!

I think he did take a bullet to his bulge. If you look at the very bottom of the jeans fly there is a small, dark, round circle. My guess is bullet hole.
