Revenge Killing - or not?

In war - some killings might be revenge killings. Its not always clear.

Consider this dead guy - did someone just accidentally fire several bullets into his cock and balls - or did he just get shot there by chance?? coincidences do happen

When I was a teenager I always added a little gore (red ink) to war story comics (they never showed blood or even bullet holes), and the number of red dots in the groin area is certainly not coincidental!
BTW, perhaps the desire to humiliate the enemy by blasting his manhood away is an even more powerful motivation than revenge.

I would say it's probably a revenge killing. Shoot in the bulge first for the agony, then finish off shooting in the chest.
