Yes Beuen, that is the movie above. It isn't very gory. Very slow moving, in fact. But I recommend it if you are looking for a sad drama. I saw it in the theatre and everyone was weeping at the end. In the island movie, I dont remember any good scenes where a cute guy is vulnerable on an operating table. Did I miss one?
