but i cant watch videos. beacuse "Access is forbidden".... WHY ?

When I went to site, I got "Access denied", but then logged in and all was fine.

Any idea why it denies my birthdate, and tells me people over 99 years can't join up? That's age discrimination, and I'm clearly under 99.
