Machines of Malice was a pretty interesting show although it tended to over analyze the torture to the point of making one consider pulling their own finger nails off. It was kind of shame that after going to all of that work to build a torture machine, they couldn't find a real human being to be the victim.
When pressing one or more humans, the people carrying out the torture probably didn't stop when the victim died but squished them as flat as possible. This torture would have had a considerable deterrent effects so they would want it to be has horrifying as possible. I would have hated to be the one to have to clean up the mess.
