I start searching on the net but still don't get the idea.

Can you help?

For examples what does blow mean in a sentences like.

"This forum blows."

"This TV show blows"

Is it like sucks? Is it connected to a blowjob?

Not sure on this one never heard it before, think it has something to do with a public place for gay sex, i.e. city gays refer to public toilets as cottages, they meet strangers thier for sex. so it must have something to do with that.
