GG Allin

Does anyone here like (or remember) GG Allin, the shock rocker who died of an accidental overdose in 1993 ? He would have concerts where he would cut himself, bash his own face w/ the microphone until it was bleeding, take a shit and smear it/eat it/
throw it at the crowd, set fires onstage, beat up concert goers, burn and shit on bibles and american flags, beat his head on the stage, etc., etc.
He boasted of some 53 arrests in his life time and his shows typically only lasted a few songs before the club owner would shut off the power and/or call the cops (I saw him live one time in 1991 and the show only lasted 5 songs; his final concert took place in New York and only lasted 2 songs!)
GG and I were pen pals from 1990 - 1993 plus we met in person that one time in 1991. He was actually very pleasant to me when we talked. I have basically all of his CD's, videos (ones that are publicly available, anyway...), demo tapes and literature.
I just wondered if there were other GG fans on board here....

i remember reading aobut how at his funeral he had willed that his corpse not be embalmed and so would be rotting and reek during an open casket funeral. Fans put smokes, porn and bottles of alcohol in his casket as they passed, viewing the body.

I've read about him. There was a documentary, too, that I saw at some point.
