Thanks for posting this - seen it before but still worth another look. All I can say is *OUCH*!!! It looks like he's ruptured his urethra with the way the blood was gushing out. The other place where I saw this (I can't remember the site) stated that the guy eventually died due to complications but I don't know if that's true or not.
