Everyones socks give off a smell to some degree, how bad do you socks smell and how often do you change them?

Change them every day if wearing boots only smell bad if keep them on for several days and can't change
The woolen hose we wear with the kilt I wear for 2-3 days for changing and washing in cold water and don't smell bad

If I keep them on long enough in hot weather and tight shoes (more than 3 days) they start to smell. In sandals I could wear them a week and nobody would notice. I like a man's smell FAR better than a woman's.

Mine develop a smell in 3 hours.

On some days I change up to 3 pairs.

Live in a tropical country, as I do, and we don't worry about socks. Amazing how fresh air likewise keeps the feet fresh (in those open sandals, of course)!

I change socks every day but this weekend I tried out the same socks and was ok and not smelly. I have to be careful as we take our shoes off in the house and I don't want to cause any offense.
