MURDERS are approaching an all time January high in brutally frigid Chicago!!

42 MURDERS so far, making January 2013 one of the deadliest of ALL in freezing subzero Chicago !!!
Just a few days ago, a teenager who performed just a week ago in Washington, DC
was shot dead at her home just a few blocks away from right where The President lives
on the south side of Chicago:

The homocides are so rampant now that the MAYOR of CHICAGO is declaring an EMERGENCY today .. and ordering 200 MORE police officers onto the streets here:

And Januarys are the coldest time of the year here in Chicago with the lowest violent crimes .. what will the summer bring when temperatures usually soar to over 100F??

AND just last year in 2012 .. Chicago was said to be the DEADLIEST GLOBAL CITY on EARTH .. and the most violent city in all of America with well over 500 MURDERS .. higher than ALL U S Troops killed in Afghanistan in 2012:

this is just getting out of hand...it just seems now with all this talk about curving gun violence and possible new laws for guns, there has been more gun violence...as it seems everyday there is some sort of school or business shooting!
