Alexonedeath, in answer to your questions, the scalp has been brought down over the face to give access to the skull in order to remove the brain - I guess that it hasn't been flipped back to its normal position. The legs have been butterflied to de-bone them - there's a big need to have bones for transplantation. In these cases, all the proteins and other organic matter are removed and the remaining mineral structure is sterilized for use.
