That last link worked fine. It certainly looked like a quick and tidy procedure and the way the surgeon displays the severed cock suggests the owner was awake at the time. There is a fair bit about penectomy on the eunuch.org site - you have to wear a catheter for a week or so and, in some cases the surgeon later re-routes the urethra to a new outlet lower on the perineum to avoid messy times in the loo.

On re-viewing this I believe it was probably a fake operation performed on a corpse in a mortuary. Yes, there is a ring around the base of the penis which may control bleeding to some extent but there would still be a lot more blood. Also, the ring would in all probability slip once the cut was completed and you would need a competent surgeon to tidy up the stump and re-route the urethra.

Actually, no it isn't a fake video or done on a corpse. It was actually a guy in N. America (possibly Canada). Stills were posted on BME where they showed the guy holding his severed dick that had the same piercings. I'll try to dig them out. Also, watch the amputee's abdomen and you will see movement there as the guy breathes etc.
