I noticed this myself, in upstate New York Home Depot charges more than in NYC!

No surprise really. I buy so much on amazon.com these days, but everyone should shop around before they purchase an item

I think the dynamic pricing works only for niche products with limited suppliers. You can usually find better deals if you do your homework.
