The Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), also known as House Bill 3261 or H.R. 3261, is a bill that was introduced in the United States House of Representatives on October 26, 2011.

If made law the bill would expand the ability of U.S. law enforcement and copyright holders to prosecute users who upload copyrighted content to websites, including CDG.

Users could potentially be held criminally liable and forum staff will be required to cooperate with authorities if we want to stay online.

Website owners who cooperate will be given "immunity".

Thanks for the link.

Good to know. GoDaddy was a supporter but after users protested and they lost revenue from them, they reversed their stance :piss off:

The bill seems to be dead in the water. Now if only it was a cute guy.
