I suspect that, no matter where you live, it would be illegal for anyone to help you take it that far. There are certain obligations to notify the authorities, at least in this state. Besides, you can live quite a long time with colon cancer. It varies from person to person. You can also live a while with your guts spilling out.

Certain tribes of American Indians of the old west would tie an enemy to a tree cut the belly and then slowly pull out the intestines and leave them for wild animals such as buzzards to feast on while the victim would remain alive. They could last a couple of days that way. Its hard to imagine such suffering. Have you really thought this through?

I hope you have a good prognosis. Remember that healing and longevity can be directly influenced by your state of mind. Having the will to live can make a big difference.

Gut-play involving a bit of blood, not a problem. I've been playing like that for decades. Seeing your intestines however, would require a surgeon or EMT at least. I don't possess the skills to put things back where I found them. There aren't that many in the Chicago area who go this far. For that matter, there are extremely few on CDG who go beyond fantasy.
