Sorry if this isn't his photo, but I got it years ago after the caning and it was listed as his "leaked" caning pic. As for the hairstyle, I don't know how you can tell, as it is covered up in the pic. He looks pretty fit to me - perhaps his arched body made him look a bit chunky.
GUYS...google search "caning in Singapore" and "caning in Malaysia". There are two or three videos that show the actual whipping (caning). After the second or third whip......bleeding starts. I am visiting Malaysia and Singapore now. The MINIMUM strokes of the cane are 3......OUCHHHHHHH.
