Murder or Suicide

Young man found on railway line - decapitated by train. Why suspicious? He was dressed only in underwear - even his shoes were missing. Police investigating to decide if it was a suicide or murder disguised as suicide.

This is a case where I would suspect murder but again the police might have a very difficult time proving that.
