That's fresh too. His shirt is SOPPING wet. Since I see what looks like part of his palate hanging out of his mouth, I'm thinking he ate his gun, but that doesn't explain the blood coming out of his ear, or that strange horizontal gash across his cheek. Whatever happened, I'm guessing it took place only minutes before this photo was taken.
