The 2011 Domodedovo International Airport bombing was a suicide attack at Domodedovo International Airport 40 km outside Moscow, on 24 January 2011. The bombing killed at least 35 people and injured at least 180, of which 86 had to be hospitalised. Of the casualties, 31 died in the airport, three in hospitals and one in an ambulance.
A young Bulgarian man also died and was taken to morgue. Body is currently fridge awaiting family for identification.
Dude was travelling from Austria to Moscow on a business trip.
Russian authorities released a black and white photo of the suicide bomber - body ripped apart and beheaded by the blast.
This would never be done in the US or Uk. in Russia the faces of the dead bombers are almost always released although in very poor quality.
