You need to set your flash player plugin to "automatic".

I can never watch these videos either, the CDG ones embedded in pages. I either get a message saying 'Video not found', or the video starts and then gets stuck after 5-7 seconds. So with this one, I get as far as the shot of the two guys in the jeep and it freezes. I have the latest version of Flash installed. I'm using a VPN, though... maybe CDG vids just don't work over VPNs or proxies.
