I'm not sure but these people look Muslim from their clothing and racially black even though I'm sure there are black Hondurans but these people don't look mix raced and most black south Americans are mix raced, what does the caption say?

Here is the caption:

Residents look at the dead body of an alledged insurgent fighter in the Madina neighborhood in southern Mogadishu on November 21, 2008. At least 11 insurgents were killed on Friday in clashes with Somali government forces in the capital, witnesses said. The clashes broke out when suspected Islamist insurgents attacked the house of a local official, Wadajir district commissioner Ahmed Daci.
