Anyone ever dreamt of being suffocated to death by gold paint, as shown in the James Bond movie Goldfinger? I occasionally imagine experiencing a slow, horny, demise, and leaving a glittering corpse, and sometimes think with pleasure of painting a shivering victim, highlighting the muscled contours of his body, and watching his body’s reactions to the approach of his inevitable death.
Unfortunately for the plot of the movie, and my enjoyment, death by gold paint is a myth. As long as the victim can breathe through his mouth or nose he will live. I guess, therefore, it has to be gold paint first, then the old fashioned plastic bag over the head for effective suffocation.
