Consider this: Because you have implied in print on the Internet where there is a permanent record and lots of witnesses that you would like to be finished off, no partner can safely fulfill your fantasy with your demise seeming accidental. If you should pass away during role play, weather intentional or not, is going to be considered a homicide.
As much as I respect a person's right to end their own life on their own terms, I think greater consideration should be given regarding the person who might enable it. They will not walk away unscathed. Anytime suicide is implied, that pretty much assures a charge of homicide.
I think suicide is appropriate only under certain, rare circumstances. It's a bad idea to imply it for any role play. Perhaps one could simply specify their desire for extreme role play or unrestricted role play, something that will not incriminate their partner.
